Drenched Hydration Beauty + Wellness offers IV hydration therapy, specialty IV therapy, vitamin injections, hormone replacement therapy consults, medically supervised weight loss, lab services, aesthetics, hair therapy, permanent jewelry, and same-day telehealth wellness or illness visits in Pontiac, Illinois.

How long does an IV therapy treatment session take?

The first IV hydration visit typically takes about 90 minutes because it includes a health history assessment and treatment consent. Follow-up IV hydration appointments usually take about 45 to 60 minutes.

Do specialty IV therapy or hormone replacement therapy require a consult?

Often, yes. Specialty IV therapy and hormone replacement therapy may require health-history review, medication review, lab work, consent, and provider approval before treatment.

What are Drenched Hydration Beauty + Wellness's operating hours?

Drenched is appointment-focused, with regular office hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Walk-ins are accepted during open hours when availability allows, but scheduled appointments take priority. Call or text for same-day, before-hours, or after-hours requests.

What services are available on a walk-in basis?

Walk-ins may be available for standard IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, lab services, Face Lite treatments, and education. Specialty IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, microneedling, neuromodulators, fillers, and starting the supervised medical weight loss program require consultation or provider review.

Does Drenched Hydration Beauty + Wellness accept insurance?

Drenched does not accept insurance for telehealth wellness or illness visits, school or sports physicals, IV hydration therapy, specialty IV therapy, vitamin injections, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or aesthetics. Insurance may only be billed for eligible lab work. HSA and FSA payments are accepted.

What forms of payment does Drenched Hydration Beauty + Wellness accept?

Drenched accepts cash, debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. Card payments include a 3% plus $0.10 processing fee.

Do you offer payment plans for services?

In-house payment plans may be available at Drenched's discretion for certain services. A financial agreement contract must be reviewed and signed by both parties before the payment plan begins.

Do I need a physician order for lab work?

Drenched accepts physician orders for lab work, but an outside order is not always required. Listed lab prices are cash prices and are due at the time of the draw, along with a $25 venipuncture fee.

Will you come to my home, hotel, Airbnb, or workplace for services?

Yes. Mobile visits may be available for IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and lab services at homes, hotels, Airbnbs, or workplaces. The mobile fee is currently $20 in town and $40 out of town.
